This Update overviews new relevant National laws up to 8 July 2022.The Big 5 in this Update includes:(i) The Labour Relations Act: Code of good practice (Managing exposure to Sars-Cov-2 in the workplace);(ii) The National Environmental Laws Amendment Act 2022 (Not commenced);(iii) The National Environmental Management Act (Draft prior informed consent procedure for certain hazardous chemicals and pesticides in international trade);(iv) The Pension Funds Act (Asset spreading requirements); and(v) The Special Investigating units and Special Tribunals Act (Investigations).
